CANCELLATION POLICY 

– OUR POLICY IS VALID FOR 24 HOURS AFTER YOU RECEIVE THE PRODUCT

– Seal opening video is mandatory for any product replacement or refund. Send us the photo of the item within 24 hours of receiving the parcel at email contact@dramaticeffect.in or what’s up at PHONE NUMBER.
Any issues related to defects or damages or missing must be raised within 24 hours of receiving items otherwise they shall not be entertained.

– * ⁠ for exchange or refund, item should be in its original packing with all tags and coupons

* ⁠ exchange or refund will be processed after we receive the products back and inspection is done by the company

– IN CASE OF EXCHANGE/REFUND The customer needs to make sure all the products are packed carefully and handed over to the reverse pick up courier boy. We will not be liable for any damage or loss of product in transit.

– ⁠ to know the status of your return please refer to the reverse pick up link shared with you returns may take up to 6-7 working days to reach us.

– ⁠ the amount refunded will be total order amount less Rs.199 which are reverse pick up charges

– ⁠ refund or exchange will be initiated for the products received back and are in same conditions as sent

– ⁠ items can only be picked from the same country or city in which they were received .for any subsequent changes exchanges on the same order, the customer will have to pay the shipping fee for both return and new product delivery.

– ⁠ any customer care issues of queries will be resolved through email contact@dramaticeffect.in  .If unable to resolve your issue through this channel a customer care executive shall give you a call or text

– ⁠ As soon as you notify us, we will initiate exchange process and guide you through the hassle free process

– ⁠ do not accept the parcel if the seal is broken or tempered with

– ⁠ specific details of product like colour cannot be customized, and we have size that are adjustable so size would not be an issue.

– ⁠ only one exchange for order can be availed. The original buyer of the items must raise an exchange request within 24 hours of receiving the package. No extra discounts can be availed on exchange products.

– ⁠ to avoid misuse of this policy.  Any cases of late notification or any unreasonable demand will be handled at the companies’ discretion and we deserve that right to not process those returns.
